For each visitor to our Web pages on wettingherpanties.com, our Web server does not automatically recognize any information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
If you choose to sign up to our subscription-based Members Area and make a payment by credit card or other method, the billing company collects the information needed to allow you to make the payment and to create a login for you. These companies, such as CCBill, 2000Charge and the banks providing the merchant services have extremely high levels of security to protect this information and they also have their own Privacy Policies explaining how they use this information. If you subscribe to the Members Area, the information which we collect consists of your username and password for our Members Area, which enables our Members Area to allow you to log in. Finally, we keep a log of the IP address of visitors and this log is discarded after a short while (usually about 24 hours). This enables us to detect if somebody makes an attempt to hack or damage our web server. We also temporarily log the Member login usernames of visitors to our Members section and this enables us to discover if a non-member is trying to gain access to the Members area by trying to guess real members' usernames or if a real username has been posted on a message board to allow non-Members to access the Members Area for free.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content and security of our Web page. Some aggregate data (not relating to individual visitors and not including information that would enable us to identify an individual) is used by Google Analytics to provide us with a information about total numbers of visitors to each page, how many people have arrived from different sites and some information on which browsers, screen sizes, etc are most common among our visitors. These statistics, while not making it possible to identify an indivudual or find out the browsing behaviour of any individual, can still tell us things like what overall percentage of people who arrived from different sites then later sign up to our Members Area and this helps us to understand the interests and expectations of our visitors. It can also identify when things go wrong, for example it can tell is if pages have stopped working — or indeed if we suddenly get an unusually high number of visitors on a partcular page, for example from automated programs designed to try to hack or cheat the site in some way — and other unusual situations that we need to be aware of.
With respect to cookies: We do not set cookies, but Google Analytics sets a cookie at our request as part of the mechanism for generating statistics, page hits or for identifying problems (and successes). Also, if you reach our site by clicking on our banner on a site run by one of our affiliates, CCBill sets a cookie so that they can calculate a total of how many of the people who sign up have arrived from each affiliate. This enables CCBill to divert the correct proportion of our signup fee to each affiliate, as the affiliate's reward for introducing visitors to our website. We do not have access to that cookie and it is set before the visitor reaches our site, but this mechanism benefits us as it allows us to give interested webmasters an incentive to tell their own visitors about our website.
If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail at the above address, calling us at the above telephone number, or writing to us at the above address. We would usually only send an email if you first emailed us and we believed you wanted us to reply. Also, if you use our automatic support and feedback form to send us a message, that system sends you an automatic reply to let you know we have received your message (this system, however, is not itself on www.wettingherpanties.com and is on another site, support.skymouse-productions.com, but some visitors to wettingherpanties.com also visit the support page, so we mention that here for completeness.) Finally, when a visitor signs up to our Members Area, an email may be sent automatically to inform you of necessary information such as your username and password. Very rarely, if there is a big problem on the web site, we may email our paying customers with a brief note to tell them what the problem is and what we are doing about it (or how they can regain access, if for example we need to ask them to change a browser setting, etc.) If any of these types of email messages are a problem for you, please contact us using one of the methods listed — but please remember that if we are not allowed to send you an email in any circumstance, we may not be able to help you to fix a problem, so please be specific about what types of emails we are allowed or not allowed to send you, if it is a mixture.
If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line, and then only if they requested that exact method for us to contact them.
